The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially given that I was actually very stressed, because I got stuck at the airport. I appreciated that so much. I was glad the facility was part of the airport, especially in my kind of circumstances.

After a long fight it was good to stretch out have a nights sleep without having to taxi to a hotel. While it’s a bit hidden away, it’s a great location.

Excellent location in GRU AIRPORT! Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Phone charging, tv, water, clean fresh bed sheets.. Very clean bathrooms. I was surprised my room was very quiet, I felt very safe. I had a good nights sleep, and my flight was very easy to find.. Perfect! 🇧🇷☺️

I really liked the location, inside the airport and close to every check in place. The room was good. Small but enough for one night. The bathroom and shower were great.

It was very convenient and the bed was very comfortable, as was the pillow. Really like how clean and spacious the shared bathrooms are. In addition, I'd suggest people to bring earplugs, because you will be able to hear the neighbors coming and going at very random hours.

My favorite part was the fact that you don't even need to leave the airport to reach the hotel. That's something everyone who took a long flight needs: to relax without having to worry about transportation.

If you have a layover and need to sleep this is ideal. It’s within the airport, clean, safe and has everything you need.
